Downtown Halifax: Social videos, print, and promotion
Downtown Halifax Business Commission (DHBC) wanted to create buzz over the summer months about how great a staycation in downtown Halifax could be. They wanted to tell locals that a great mini-vacation could be found right here in their hometown. To bring this idea to life, I helped conceive of and write a campaign built around a fictional travel agency: Don't Go Travel. We converted a real downtown storefront into an untravel agency that helped customers who came in to...well, not travel. The storefront was supported with online videos, print, display ads, and social media.
